Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plastic insulation cable running inside a bridging pipe from sudden increase of running speed, and to manufacture the plastic cable of good quality of which, the outer diameter does not suddenly become thin.
SOLUTION: A cable drawing device 22 adding a certain standard tension to the plastic insulation cable 50 and a lead wire winding device 23 controlling the tension of the cable 50 are arranged outside of the end part of a bridging tube 1. During the time before a cable top stepped part 55 gets to a packing with variable hole opening ratio 12, an equivalent tension balancing with a cable pulling up force acting on the cable top stepped part 55 is added by increasing a lead wire winding tension of the lead wire winding device 23, and during running in a packing chamber 19, the lead wire winding tension is controlled by adding a reversed force in the direction opposite to the cable running direction, so as to offset the additive propulsive force added to the cable 50, according to the lowering of the pressure in the packing chamber 19.
