Abstract:
PURPOSE: To develope a method for continuous bridging by imparting superheated steam and a microwave under the normal pressure in the continuous bridging of the extrusion molded body of polymer or rubber, wherein organic peroxide is compounded.
CONSTITUTION: A microwave heating chamber 50 is made to be the no-oxygen state with overheated steam generated by heating saturated steam to a proper bridging temperature under the normal pressure. Thereafter, microwave processing and heating processing are performed for the extrusion molded body, wherein organic peroxide is compounded in the microwave heating chamber, and the extrusion molded body is bridged.
