Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve continuous baking performance by a method wherein the interior of a device body is divided into many stages, a burning furnace body is disposed on a topmost stage, a storage line is disposed at a lower stage next to the top stage, and He is used as atmospheric gas in a device body and an elevator room.
CONSTITUTION: Closed elevator rooms 2 and 3 are respectively installed to the two end parts of a continuous burning device 1. The interior of the continuous burning device 1 is divided into many stages, a burning furnace body 4 is disposed at a topmost stage, and storage lines 5 are respectively disposed to other stages. Further, The entrances at the topmost stages of closed elevator rooms 2 and 3 are brought into adhesion to outlet and inlet 6 and 7 of the burning furnace body 1. The burning furnace body 1 comprises, in order, from the inlet side a temperature increase zone A, a soaking zone B, a first cooling zone C, and a second cooling zone D.
