Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove a lead residue stuck to a part of a nozzle in the device and to reduce or suppress defective grids.
CONSTITUTION: The device consists of a grid forming groove 3, which is carved on the outer circumferential face of a rotary drum 1, and a nozzle 2; and the end face 4 of the rotary drum 1 undulates with the face that is inclined against the rotating face of the drum 1 repeated in the direction of the rotation. The undulation states on both end faces are made equal with each other on respective parts corresponding to each other. A guide 5 is provided, which comes in contact with both end faces 4 of the drum 1, on both sides of the nozzle 2 that is in contact with a part of the outer circumferential face of the drum 1; and a means is provided which moves the nozzle 2 reciprocally by structuring the position of the nozzle 2 so as to follow the change in the end face 4 of the drum as it rotates.
