A continuous casting and hot rolling mill is characterized in that a number of rod stocks or wire rods are concurrently, simultaneously and changeably manufactured. The mill comprises a continuous casting means (1) having a changeable forming means for continuously feeding a number of stripe materials, rod stocks and wire rods on a plurality of lines for concurrent manufacturing, and a vertical rolling means and a horizontal rolling means for continuously hot-rolling a number of the strip materials, rod stocks and wire rods.
