PURPOSE: To obtain a continuous conveying and processing device invariably offering a uniform air flow and uniform convection by connecting many corrugated plates with many holes to form a vonveyor and circulating it is an atmosphere for processing an object to be processed.

CONSTITUTION: Many holes 3 are provided on a corrugated plate 2, and a recessed section 5 is provided at the center and collar sections 4 are provided at both ends respectively. Many corrugated plates 2 are continuously fixed to a link chain 6 to form a chain conveyor 1. The rollers 7 of the link chain 6 are driven via a chain sprocket wheel 8 and are rotated endlessly and continuously between the chain sprocket wheel 8 and a driven chain sprocket wheel 9. Thereby, when a conveyed object is mounted and cooled, for example, on the chain conveyor 1, the corrugated surface of the corrugated plate 2 prevents the conveyed object from clogging the holes 3, thus the cooling air 23, 29 smoothly passes the holes 3, and the conveyed object can be cooled efficiently.
