Abstract:
To provide a continuous cooling technique for divided solids capable of effectively cooling divided solids that are extremely variant in regard to particle size.
In the present invention, a center zone of a mass M of the divided solids is constantly cooled by convection by passing over a cooling wall 111 extending in a conveying direction. At the same time, a dry cold air current 120 is sent through the mass of divided solids. The cold air current fluidizes the mass without condensation, and it serves as to increase a heat exchanging coefficient of the cooling wall.
