Abstract:
To provide continuous crystal purification equipment which has the same efficiency or is better than the conventional continuous crystal purification equipment and which has a wide application range while the structure is simpler and stiffer than the conventional equipment.
The equipment includes a hollow cone axis screw covered with a double tubular body comprising an outer tube and an inner tube made of a screen. The equipment conducts the compression filtration of coarse crystals and crystals in a suspension. The crystal is partially melted by passing the fluid with a melting point near to that of the crystal into the hollow cone axis. The melted liquid is sequentially press-filtrated to enhance the purity of the crystal.
