Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dropping an injection device for injecting a ceramic pipe material cut from an extrusion molding machine onto a roller chain conveyor of a continuous dryer by a chute to a roller, by correcting curve of the ceramic pipe material at a lower end part of the chute and correcting deviation of posture to the roller of the roller chain conveyor.SOLUTION: There is provided a continuous dryer of a ceramic pipe material p for transporting a ceramic pipe material p with rotation by a roller chain conveyor and drying in a drying furnace, the ceramic pipe material p is injected to the roller chain conveyer by an injection device with a planar chute s1, a V type tray in parallel to a roller is constituted by a chute s1 lower end part and a tabular stopper 6, the ceramic pipe material p rolled down on an inclined plane of the chute s1 is received with the V type tray and maintained and the ceramic pipe material p is opened and dropped down by lifting the tabular stopper 6 at a predetermined timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
