Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a structure of a roller so that the roller 14 of a roller chain conveyor can be easily assembled and removed in a continuous drying device for a ceramic pipe material including the roller chain conveyor composed of the roller 14 and circulation chains 32, 32, a circulating drying mechanism of the roller chain conveyor, an automatic driving mechanism of the roller, and a guide rail for supporting and guiding an upper side of the circulation chains.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: In a continuous drying device for a ceramic pipe material including a roller chain conveyor composed of a roller 14 and circulation chains 32, 32, a circulating driving mechanism of the roller chain conveyor, an automatic driving mechanism of the roller, and a guide rail for supporting and guiding an upper side of the circulation chains, a short shaft 14b' is detachably fixed to one of roller shafts 14b of the roller 14 through a shaft joint, and the short shaft 14b' is fitted to a chain sleeve of the circulation chain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
