Abstract:

To provide a continuous drying device for preventing the dew condensation and dropping of a solvent evaporated in a furnace body.

This continuous drying device comprises a discharge hood 62 for guiding a gas generated from an inlet 56 or an outlet 58 to a specific discharge pipe 60, and a heating device 68 for preventing the dew condensation of the solvent generated on an inner wall face 66 of the discharge food 62, the dew condensation of the solvent generated on an inner wall face 66 of the discharge hood 62 can be prevented by heating by the heating device 68. Further as this continuous drying device comprises supply air rectification inclined plates 78 arranged in a state that intervals are gradually widened toward a lower part to rectify the supply air supplied from the supply port 44, the supply air hardly flows to a part where an eddy gas is generated by the convection in the furnace body 42, and the gas in the furnace body 42 can be smoothly circulated, whereby the dew condensation of the solvent generated on an upper inner wall face of the furnace body 42 can be prevented.
