PURPOSE: To uniformly embroider at low cost without variability by arranging plural sheets of small-sized indeterminate leather on fleecy fabric according to pattern of embroidery, thermally bonding or temporarily bonding the sheets to the fleecy fabric and continuously and automatically embroidering.

CONSTITUTION: Plural sheets of indeterminate small-sized leather such as leather of small-sized birds or animals or cut leather pieces of large-sized animals are arranged on beltlike thin paper or fleecy fabric such as nonwoven fabric having proper width according to pattern of embroidery and the sheets are thermally bonded or temporarily bonded to the thin paper or the fleecy fabric with an adhesive. Then the pattern is continuously and automatically embroidered on the sheets by using a multi-needle embroidering machine.
