Abstract:

To improve a heat transfer-treating efficiency, shorten a distance for conveying an object to be heat transfer-treated, minimize an apparatus, and reduce its cost.

An object to be frozen is conveyed by the running of a conveyor belt 10 in a belt conveyor 3. A roller conveyor 18 having hollow cooling rollers 19 parallely arranged is provided above the conveyor belt 10 so as to be vertically movable by means of a lifting gear 47, etc. Each cooling roller 19 is urged to the side of the conveyor belt 10 by the elasticity of a compression spring. A cooling tank 61 is provided on the inner face side of the conveyor belt 10 on the conveyance side, and a receiving tank 62 is provided on an outer peripheral part of the cooling tank 61. A cooling brine solution is supplied to the cooling tank 61 and allowed to overflow into the receiving tank 62 to cool the conveyor belt 10. The cooling brine solution is allowed to flow to each hollow cooling roller 19 and to flow into the receiving tank 62, thereby cooling the cooling rollers 19. The object to be frozen is conveyed by the conveyor belt 10 under the condition that it is pressurized by the cooling rollers 19 urged by the compression spring, thus cooling and freezing the object.
