To provide a continuous heat treatment apparatus capable of shortening heat treatment time and reducing deformation of a treatment subject by carrying out heat treatment while holding the treatment subject from both sides.
The continuous heat treatment apparatus includes a heating means 21 composed of a heat transfer body 21d composed of a material with high heat conductivity formed such that it can hold the treatment subject 1 from both sides, a heater 21c attached to an outer circumference of the heat transfer body, a heat reflection plate 21b attached to an outer circumference of the heater, and a heat insulator 21a covering an outer circumference of the heat reflection plate. Heat treatment of the treatment subject is carried out by supplying treatment subjects each predetermined time to a heat transfer part of the heating means, homothermal cooling is carried out by supplying the heat-treated treatment subject to a cooling part C, and subsequently, forge molding is carried out.
