Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a jig correction work without increasing lead time of a heat treatment process in a continuous heat treatment apparatus in which both end portions on the bottom surface of the jig are supported while the other portion on the bottom surface is not supported at the time of conveyance of the jig.SOLUTION: The continuous heat treatment apparatus performing heat treatment of a work includes: a conveyance mechanism comprising a pair of a jig support members 12 and a jig J being conveyed in a state where both end portions on the bottom surface of the jig J are supported by the pair of jig support members 12 and the other portion on the bottom surface is not supported; and a jig correction mechanism. The jig correction mechanism is provided with a push-up member 51 for pushing up the non-supported portion on the bottom surface of the jig J and an elevating mechanism for raising and lowering the push-up member 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
