To provide a continuous heat treatment furnace having a higher degree of freedom in a furnace length, wherein a heat treated object is carried at a higher speed in a firing region than in a drying and debinder region while stably holding a fixed high temperature in the firing region.
The continuous heat treatment furnace comprises a first carrying mechanism having a beam 2 which has cyclic repeating motion of moving upward, forward, downward, backward in fixed strokes, a second carrying mechanism having a beam 11 which has cyclic repeating motion of moving upward, forward, downward, backward in fixed strokes, and a third carrying mechanism having a beam 21 which has cyclic repeating motion of moving upward, forward, downward, backward in fixed strokes. In the drying and debinder region 41, the heat treated object 11 is carried by the first carrying mechanism. In the firing region 42, the heat treated object 1 is carried by the second carrying mechanism. After carried into the firing region 42, the heat treated object 1 is carried to a predetermined position outside the furnace by the third carrying mechanism.
