Abstract:
To provide a continuous heat treatment furnace, which increases a heating rate, and reduces fluctuation of temperature, and continuously performs solution treatment and aging treatment at higher temperatures.
The continuous heat treatment furnace 10 used for heat-treating a workpiece 26 made of a metal has a fluidized bed 20 in a furnace body, in which particulate matters 24 are heated and flowed by flowing hot air, and the workpiece 26 is heat-treated while moving from an inlet 12 to an outlet 16 in the fluidized bed 20.
