Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat the whole food material without causing the local overheating or insufficient heating when continuously heating a fluid food material in a pipeline by carrying out the electro heating. SOLUTION: This continuous heater for a fluid food material is obtained by installing a stirring means for stirring a food material flowing through the interior of a pipeline 15 in the cross direction of the pipeline 15 among the mutual electrodes 25A to 25F for the electro heating in the pipeline 15, arranging a rotation stirring unit 31 rotatable around the shaft line of the pipeline 15 as the center as the stirring means, forming the rotation stirring unit 31 into the shape of a long piece, extending in the longitudinal direction of the pipeline 15 and flat in the cross direction and further forming notched parts 33A to 33C and 35A to 35D in edges in the width direction of the rotation stirring unit 31 in the shape of the long piece.
