Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the peak temperature of the processing object to be accurately finalized from the temperature measured with a radiation pyrometer.SOLUTION: A radiation pyrometer 8 is so arranged in a fixed way that a light receiving face 8A opposes a measuring position P1 in a furnace chamber 1 surrounded by wall faces 11 to 16, and an opposing member 9 is so arranged in a position where the light receiving face 8A faces it with the measuring position P1 in-between. The opposing member 9 constantly maintains an infrared radiation rate, which is lower than that of a processing object 100. In the measured temperature profile of the radiation pyrometer 8 from the start until the end of heating of the processing object 100, the temperature immediately before an abrupt drop is the peak temperature of the processing object 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
