Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the rotation performance in a molten metal or reactive gaseous atmosphere or under non-lubrication and at a high temp. by forming a rolling bearing for sliding a roll shaft and a bearing via rolling bodies by combination of a ceramic sintered body and a solid lubricating member.
CONSTITUTION: This continuous hot dip coating device has a sliding structure consisting of a roll (sink roll or guide roll) revolving by being supported with the bearing in a molten metal. The roll shaft 71 sliding surface and bearing 72 sliding surface of the bearing (rolling bearing) are slide via the rolling bodies 74. The roll shaft sliding surface and bearing sliding surface are formed of the solid lubricating member and the rolling bodies 7 of the ceramic sintered body.
