Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a continuous kneader for concrete capable of continuously kneading a large quantity of concrete and capable of equalizing particle size distribution while being able to change the degree of kneading in response to the applications of concrete.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of belt rotary mechanism K1, K2... composed of a plurality of rollers 5a, 6a... rotatably disposed at specified intervals and caterpillar-shaped belt bodies 5d, 6d..., etc., stretched over the rollers 5a, 6a, etc., are arranged extending over two stages or more. A hopper 10 with a spiral groove as a mixed-layer inversion mechanism inverting the mixed layer of a mixture M1 is disposed at specified positions at each stage at that time, and hydraulic cylinders as belt-interval adjusting means are installed to each belt rotary mechanism K1, K2..., thus repeating milling and the inversion of the layer to the mixture M1, then allowing the production of a kneaded substance (concrete) M2 having a high degree of kneading.
