Abstract:
To provide a continuous kneading extruder capable of manufacturing a rubber composition in which a granular material and a liquid material are uniformly blended and which excels in dispersibility of the granular material, and a method for manufacturing a rubber composition using the continuous kneading extruder.SOLUTION: A continuous kneading extruder for kneading a rubber composition containing at least a granular material and a liquid material includes: at least one screw; a cylinder arranged on the outer peripheral side of the screw, and having an opening on the upper stream side; a feeding part in which at least a granular material is fed; and a nozzle in which liquid material is fed. The feeding part is arranged above the opening, and feeds at least the granular material through the opening into the cylinder. The nozzle is arranged above the opening in the feeding part, and feeds the liquid material through the opening into the cylinder by spraying it toward the inside of the cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
