Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of nonwoven fabric-like prepregs which can manufacture carbon fiber reinforcing resin complexes efficiently.SOLUTION: A continuous manufacturing method of nonwoven fabric-like prepregs includes: a step of producing wet web that the water rate is 40-90 mass% from slurry containing carbon fiber and thermoplastic resin; a step of pressing, coiling and laminating the wet web around a cylindrical support continually; a step of cutting and unfolding the laminated wet web to make a single plate; and a step of pressing, drying and heating the single plate wet web.SELECTED DRAWING: None
