CONTINUOUS MIXER FOR REGULATING SUGAR CONTENT

PURPOSE: To carry out the continuous mixing for regulating the sugar content so as to continuously mix a stock solution primarily regulated to a high sugar content with water and dilute the sugar content to a prescribed one by setting a target sugar content value.
CONSTITUTION: The objective continuous mixer is equipped with a mixing means 3, two positive displacement type pumps 1 and 2 for separately feeding a stock solution and water to the mixing means 3, a continuous saccharimeter 11 for continuously sensing the sugar content of a product delivered with the mixing means 3, regulating means (inverters) 17 and 18 for the rotational frequency of the respective pumps 1 and 2 and a controlling means 13. The controlling means 13 is constructed to have function so that the regulating means 17 and 18 for the rotational frequency of the respective pumps 1 and 2 may be automatically controlled so as to reduce a difference between the sensed sugar content value (XBx) sensed by the continuous saccharimeter 11 and the set target sugar content value (SBx) based on the difference.
