Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously drip oil after frying, by concentrically providing a cylindrical casing fixed on a base frame vertically, a vertical and cylindrical oil-dripping cage, a vertical inner cyliderd and a cylindrical chute and fitting a transfer screw to the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder.
SOLUTION: A vertical and cylindrical easing 1, a vertical and cylindrical oil-dripping cage 4, a vertical inner cylinder 5 in the inside of the oil-dripping cage 4, and a material feed chute 7 at the central part of the inner cylinder 5, are concentrically arranged in this device. A transfer screw 6 is fitted to the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder 5. The transfer screw 6 is stretched from the upper end of the inner cylinder to the lower end thereof, and further, it is stretched downward from the lower end so as to slide on the upper face of a doughnut plate 17B. The outer peripheral edge of the screw 6 is positioned closely to the inner peripheral face of the oil-dripping cage 4 and a plurality of dispersion plates 23 are vertically fixed at the center of the upper face of the circular plate 17. The inner cylinder 5, the transfer screw 6, and the dispersion plates 23 are all rotated together.
