Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a labor-saved method for continuously performing the pressing (core sticking) and surging (hemstitching) of a cloth on the automatic carrying line of the cloth, and automatically piling it onto a stacker.
CONSTITUTION: A press machine A, a sewing machine B and a stacker C are arranged and set along the automatic carrying line of a cloth M, and the cloth M after the core sticking by the press machine A is detected for position in the course of the carrying, and precisely fed into the sewing machine B, whereby it is surged. The cloth M after surging is carried and transferred to a slide table 37 situated on the table 24 of the stacker C by a taking belt 35, and the slide table 37 is retreated from the stacker table 24 to fall the cloth M onto the stacker table 24 from the slide table 37, whereby the cloth M is piled thereon.
