PURPOSE: To feed oil after pattern knurling and improve the quality of the decorative plate of delicate patterns by pressing a pattern die on a metallic sheet and stamping the knurled patterns then feeding oil to piercing pins and blanking the hole patterns.
CONSTITUTION: Knurled patterns of various designs of extra fine straight lines and curved lines of a U-shape, V-shape, curved shape and the like in section are made on a metallic sheet by stamping a pattern die thereon. Next, oil is sprayed to piercing pins and the hole patterns are blanked by these pins. Hence, there are no oil films on the surfaces of the metallic sheet during stamping and the pattern knurling is accomplished distinctly. At the blanking, the friction upon the piercing pins is reduced and the blanking is accomplished surely.
