Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fuel economy by realizing oxidation and removal of PM even at a low temperature of an exhaust gas, and by reducing energy for rising an exhaust gas temperature at filter regeneration.
SOLUTION: This continuous regeneration type DPF system 1 is provided with a filter 4 with catalyst for collecting the PM in the exhaust gas G of an engine E and oxidizing and removing the collected PM. In this continuous regeneration type DPF system 1, the filter 4 with catalyst comprises a precious metal catalyst 32A, an oxidation catalyst 32B, and adsorption/storage material 33 which adsorbs and stores a reducing agent and oxygen at a low temperature and emits the adsorbed and stored reducing agent and oxygen at a high temperature.
