PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous rotary heat-sealing machine, particularly for joining heat-sealable films, paper sheets, or ribbons.SOLUTION: A continuous rotary heat-sealing machine (10), particularly for joining heat-sealable films, papers or ribbons is provided that comprises a frame (50,55) provided with at least one first pair of rotating shafts (120) and at least one second pair of rotating shafts (125), the machine comprising at least one pair of tracks (15), each one of the at least one pair of tracks (15) being mounted on a shaft of the first pair of rotating shafts (120) and on a shaft of the second pair of rotating shafts (125), the tracks (15) being arranged substantially in contact with each other, rotating in opposite directions, and being adapted to create a pressure plane (180).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
