PURPOSE: To perform temp. controlling close to bodily sensed temp. by changing an electric resistance of the circuit with a temp. detecting part and a humidity detecting part, and controlling the temp. of an air conditioning machine.

CONSTITUTION: An object 11 of which the length varies with temp. is wound spirally. The one end thereof is fixed to a mounting conductor 10, and the other end 17 is brought in contact freely slidably with an electric resistor 13. When temp. changes, the position of the contact end 17 changes, and the change in the temp. is derived as a continuous change in the electric resistance. It is also possible to derive a change in humidity as a change in electric resistance by constituting the similar detecting part of an object of which the length varies with humidity. An air conditioning machine is controlled continuously by the outputs of these temp. and humidity detecting parts.
