Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cleaning operation to be performed continuously without stopping a cleaning device even when connecting the end part of a long band- like cabinet towel or the like using a sewing machine for connecting a towel fabric to form a continuous string of towels and thus obtaining the continuous towels through the sewing machine for connecting a towel fabric or even when finding the towel broken halfway through the cleaning operation. SOLUTION: A first step to impregnate a long-band towel T with a cleaning liquid and later wring the towel T to dehydrate it, a second step to soak the towel which is through with the first step, further into the cleaning liquid and then perform the in-liquid bubble cleaning and the in-water bubble cleaning process continuously and the third step to take up and store the towel T using a take-up device 7 after dehydration and drying, are interlocked and continuously performed. In addition, a sewing machine for connecting a towel fabric is installed on the part of an unwinder 1. Further, a U shaped timing tank 8 is formed on the part of a timing device 3.
