PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus enabling high-pressure treatment in high efficiency by assuredly controlling in high accuracy each pump involving pressure raising/reduction.
CONSTITUTION: The objective apparatus is made up of (A) a pressure injection means to make a pressurizing injection of a liquid material to be treated into a pressure vessel 20 and (B) a discharging means with extraction under reduced pressure to draw a liquid material treated above from the pressure vessel and discharge this material out of the system, being so designed that the object liquid material is put to continuous pressure treatment while maintaining the material at a specified pressure in the vessel. In this apparatus, a reciprocating pump 25 is used as the means A/B. Separate pressure raising/reducing means consisting of reciprocating pump (s) is (are) connected to the discharging means with reduced pressure for the above reciprocating pump 25, or to the means and the pressure injection means, respectively.
