Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous treatment system capable of assisting specification of treated lots influenced by abnormality generated in a treating unit and a display therefor.
SOLUTION: A continuous quenching furnace 1 comprises heating zones 11 to 15 for quenching workpieces W. A first conveyor 2 continuously conveys workpieces W in a plurality of lots to be treated along a route passing through the continuous quenching furnace 1. A conveying speed sensor 30 detects the conveying speed of the first conveyor 2. An information processor 23 calculates the positions of the workpieces W based on the loading times and conveying speeds of the leading and trailing workpieces W in each treated lot. Detecting mechanisms S1 to S5 detect treatment conditions such as heating temperature, carbon potential and the like. When these treatment conditions become abnormal, abnormal history information is recorded in a storage unit 25. The information processor 23 specifies treated lots influenced by abnormality to store the lot numbers in the storage unit 25 as abnormal history information.
