A continuous type mixer and a mixture carrying conveyor 3 are mounted on a caterpillar type mobile vehicle 1 in such a way that an inclination angle is adjustable. The caterpillar type mobile vehicle 1 is driven to a processing site of a weak ground to be improved, and mixture with additive is performed while the inclination angle of the continuous mixer 2 mounted on the caterpillar type mobile vehicle 1 is adjusted to match characteristics of mud and soil bored and recovered, so a mud and soil hardening process is performed. The inclination of the mixture carrying conveyor 3 is properly adjusted, so mixture after a mixing process is carried to a desired place.
