To provide a continuous unloader capable of preventing damage caused by a shake of an earthquake and tsunami.
A continuous unloader includes a boom which can be freely raised and laid, and a bucket conveyer provided at the tip of the boom and having a scraping part at a lower end, a vertical part elevating the scraping part and a bucket chain wound around the scraping part and vertical part, and scrapes a bulk body in a hold by the scraping part. The continuous unloader includes: an earthquake early warning receiving unit receiving an earthquake early warning; a tsunami warning receiving unit receiving the tsunami warning; an operator safety evacuation warning calling emergency evacuation to an operator when receiving the earthquake early warning at the earthquake early warning receiving unit or when the risk of the occurrence of tsunami is informed from the tsunami warning receiving unit; and an automatic evacuation operation unit having a program of automatically operating the continuous unloader when receiving the earthquake early warning at the earthquake early warning receiving unit or when the risk of occurrence of tsunami is informed from the tsunami warning receiving unit.
