Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous unloader to flexibly follow a scraping bucket against vertical motion and tilting of a hull by measuring a load working on the unloader.
SOLUTION: A continuous unloader with a large number of buckets 3 installed on an endless chain moving around a scraping frame 9 and a swing arm 10 is furnished with a control device 24 having a control system to control thrust of a swing cylinder 14 so that deflection of the sum total of a load detected by a front part load cell 21A provided on the scraping frame 9 and a load detected by a rear part load cell 21B and a setting load concerning an overall frame becomes zero and a control system to control thrust of a tilt cylinder 15 so that deflection of the load detected by the front part load cell 21A and a setting load concerning a frame front part becomes zero.
