PURPOSE: To provide a continuous cargo unloading apparatus, comprising a conveyor line having at its top a tranfer means and a plurality of conveyor ducts respectively incorporating its conveyor and connected together by means of universal joint, wherein said conveyor line is suspended in a helical form by means of column and spspending ropes, whereby continuous unloading of bulk material can be achieved efficiently.
