To provide a continuous wall body capable of facilitating construction and obtaining excellent rigidity in structure inexpensively, and to provide its construction method.
This continuous wall body 1 uses H-shaped members 2, 2 as sheet piles. Flanges 4, 4 of the adjacent H-shaped members 2, 2 are overlapped with each other and a solidifying agent 6 is filled between the flanges 4 and 4 on both sides. The rigidity of the wall body 1 can be simply increased and reduced by changing the length of the overlapping of the flanges 4, 4. By overlapping the flanges 4, 4 of the adjacent H-shaped members 2, 2 with each other and filling a solidifying agent 6 into a space 6, the rigidity of the wall body 1 is increased to reduce the number of support members used in the wall body 1 when compared with a conventional method, and the soil retaining wall of self-standing type without support is formed easily.
