PURPOSE: To provide a continuous washing machine for continuous cloth, which is provided with the treatment solution-recycling zone in addition to the first hot water- feeding zone, the steaming zone, the second hot water-feeding zone and washing zone, thereby washing the continuous cloth effectively and steadily in a shortened time with the calorie and water resource saved.
CONSTITUTION: In a continuous washing machine for continuous cloth, the cloth 9 is continuously introduced from the inlet 5 of the upright cleaning tower 1 and hot water is fed from the nozzle 19 on both surfaces of the cloth, as the cloth is conveyed upward in the first hot water feeding zone 7, to effect prewashing, then sent into the steaming zone 2 where the cloth 9 is heated with a heater 22 such as a far-infrared rays and steam is jetted from the nozzle 11 to effect the steam treatment. Then, the cloth 9 is further conveyed through the second hot water-feeding zone into the washing zone 3 where hot water is applied to the continuous cloth 9, while the hot water is sucked with a vacuum box 13 so that the hot water permeates through the inner part of the cloth to effect washing, and then the washed cloth is sent out of the outlet 6. In the meantime, the treating water flowing down from individual zones 7, 2, 8, 3 is subjected to filtration treatment in the automated filter box 17 and recycled for use again.
