Title:
CONTINUOUS WORKING EQUIPMENT FOR BLOW-MOLDING AND POWDER PACKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6422500
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatize the production of a capsule packed with CIP powder by separating an upper die from a capsule blow-molded into dies separated into an upper and a lower die, cutting the front end, then, inserting a mandrel, packing powder, discharging the air and sealing in a vacuum chamber.

CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin is blown from a blow nozzle 23 into a sectional die set composed of an upper die 22 and a lower die 21 to mold a capsule 24. The upper die 22 is divided and separated from this capsule 24, the front end of the capsule 24 is cut off to insert the mandrel 26 and to pack the capsule with prescribed ceramic power 29. This capsule packed with powder is put into the vacuum chamber 30 with the lower die 21 and after the air is discharged, the upper part of the capsule 24 is sealed with sealer 32. Thereafter, the lower die 21 is divided in the atmosphere and the capsule 24 filled and sealed with powder is taken out by a take-out robot. Such process is performed continuously by an automatized flow production to elevate labor saving and productivity.
