Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically continuously and efficiently execute the cutting and the bending at both end parts of a wire rod by working a cutting part, bending part, clamping part and wire supplying part in simultaneous linkage.
CONSTITUTION: The prescribed length of the wire rod 10 is supplied with rollers 4a, 4b of the wire supplying part 4, and the wire rod 10 is fixed with the clamps 3a, 3b and the clamps 3c, 3d and cut with the cutters 1a, 1b in the cutting part 1. Successively, the cut both end parts are simultaneously bent by turning turning plates 2a, 2b of the bending part 2. The turning plates 2a, 2b are retreated, and the fixing with the clamps is released and the wire rod is discharged as the product. Successively, the following wire rod is supplied and the cycle is repeated and the product bending both ends and having good accuracy is obtd.
