PURPOSE: To improve working efficiency by making the conveyance of a work practicable by the working tact of a working means of short required workhours, in the case where two operations different in required workhours are carried out to the same work respectively.
CONSTITUTION: When first working of short required working hours and second working longer in required working hours than the first working are simultaneously performed on each of plural works 44 conveyed successively at a specified conveying speed, a first working means 1 being made travelable to follow in the work 4 and performing the first working and a second working means 2 and a third working means 3 being made travelable to follow in the work and performing the second working separately each are all used. In addition, the first working is performed to respective works 4 being conveyed successively by the first working means 1, while the second working means 2 and the third working means 3 are operated alternately to each work 4 being conveyed in order, making them perform the second working each.
