Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplest option to a continuously fiber-molded article and to manufacturing of the continuously fiber-molded article, and a manufacturing method of a silencer using the continuously fiber-molded article.SOLUTION: A continuously fiber-molded article for silencer contains continuous fiber and a coating of inorganic binder, and the coating surrounds the continuous fiber. A cavity 14 of a silencer system is partially filled with a continuously molded article 10. The cavity 14 is provided between a system 12 to be insulated and an outer wall 16. The cavity 14 is not perfectly filled with the continuously molded article 10. The cavity 14 can be filled in a different mode. A reference code 18 indicates an introduction pipe and exhaust pipe for exhaust gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
