Plural carrying means 7 are provided in parallel, workpieces B discharged from plural processing machines 5a-5d in a first process with a specified time difference are carried alternately in order, and a heating device 9 to receive the workpiece B carried by each carrying means 7, and heat it to a specified temperature to be delivered to a supply means 26 is provided between a forward end of each carrying means 7 and the supply means 26.
