Title:
CONTINUOUSLY STABLY SUCKING SUCTION CUP DEVICE FOR CONCRETE AND MORTAR FACES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010266043
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve a problem that a conventional suction cup cannot suck an irregular concrete face, a mortar face and a tile face by a strong force continuously for a long time in a wet state or a dry state.

In this suction cup device, a suction member comprises a sponge or elastomer raw material, and is constituted to connect a space with respect to a fixture holding mechanism of a continuous suction device by using a thin sheet to enhance a suction energizing force to suction faces and to enhance stability. The continuously stably sucking suction cup device is an independent integrated compact universal strongly sucking suction cup device attached and detached easily, and includes a vacuum device constituted to connect a suction cup by a soft tube to attach the soft tube to a compact vacuum pump to operate a compact motor to enhance a suction force by a vacuum suction system to restrain a side slip caused by a loaded load, and allowing the continuous strong suction.
