Abstract:
To provide an infinite continuously variable transmission of gear change ratio with shortened axial directional dimension of the transmission and made compact an oil pump thereof, without loosening loading nut.
The oil pump 50, for generating oil pressure as an oil pressure source for the gear change hydraulic control of a toroidal continuously variable transmission unit 10 and for fastening and releasing hydraulic control of a power circulation clutch 34 and a direct connection clutch 35, is driven by the driving force taken out of an Rr input disk arranged at a transmission case 9 side end of a first shaft 5, on which the toroidal continuously variable transmission 10 is provided, via a disk side sprocket 52 and a chain 51.
