Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission mechanism capable of ensuring the crossing angle between a fixed radial groove and a movable radial groove.SOLUTION: A moving mechanism includes movable discs 19 that include a plurality of movable radial grooves 19a and 19b formed so that support shafts 21a, 22a, 23a, and 29a are interpolated into the grooves 19a and 19b, respectively, that are disposed concentrically with a fixed disc and relatively movable. The moving mechanism is configured so that relative rotation of the movable discs 19 to the fixed disc makes fixed radial grooves cross the movable radial grooves 19a, 19b to radially move first crossing portions in which the respective support shafts 21a, 22a, 23a, and 29a are located. A relative rotation angle of the movable discs 19 to the fixed disc for radially moving the first crossing portions by a unit length is configured to increase as a contact circle radius of each composite sprocket is smaller.
