Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission in which a resinous cover part is hardly stripped from a transmission case.SOLUTION: A transmission case 21 of a continuously variable transmission 1 includes: one edge wall part 211, the other edge wall part 212 opposite to the wall part 211, a circumferential wall part 213 which connects them and a resinous cover part 214 with which edge part of at least one edge wall part 211 and the circumferential wall part 213 are covered. A plurality of seal structures 215 are disposed on an edge part of one edge wall part 211 and an interval between seal structures 215 adjacent to each other becomes shorter as the distance from the seal structure of the side nearer to the rotation center axial line of an input shaft 2 of the seal structures adjacent to each other to the rotation center axial line of the input shaft 2 is larger.
