Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission in which balance of an input shaft is easily adjusted.SOLUTION: The continuously variable transmission includes an input shaft 2 to which driving force of a main driving source is transmitted, an output shaft disposed in parallel with the input shaft 2, a crank mechanism having an oscillation link journaled by the output shaft and converting a rotating motion of the input shaft into an oscillating motion of the oscillation link, and a one-way clutch. The crank mechanism includes a rotation radius adjustment mechanism 4 capable of adjusting a rotation radius, and a connecting rod for connecting the rotation radius adjustment mechanism 4 and the oscillation link together. The rotation radius adjustment mechanism 4 includes cam discs 5 rotated integrally with the input shaft 2, and at least one of mating surfaces 80 of the cam discs 5 adjacent to each other, is provided with a mating surface hole 81. An adjustment member 90 for balance adjustment of the input shaft 2 including the cam discs 5, is press-fitted into the mating surface hole 81.
