Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission capable of performing appropriate lubrication.SOLUTION: A continuously variable transmission 1 comprises: an input shaft 2; an output shaft 3; a lever crank mechanism 20 converting a rotational motion of the input shaft 2 to a swinging motion of a swing link 18; and a one-way clutch 17. The lever crank mechanism 20 includes a rotary disc 6 rotatable integrally with the input shaft 2; and a connecting rod connecting the rotary disc 6 to the swing link 18. The continuously variable transmission 1 comprises a space increase/decrease mechanism increasing/decreasing a space in a casing 80 to be interlocked with an increase/decrease of a rotation radius of an input-side fulcrum P3 rotating integrally with the input shaft 2.
